To the right of this is a 2.3 cm surface with an open shaving slot. The front face is 1.2 cm with a 2 mm bronze strip, 245x10 mm, with an interrupted shaving slot, fastened with 5 screws. Next to it, a 1.5 cm rounded wood profile. The plane has a sole covering the entire base surface, extending 7 mm to the right with a 2 mm iron plate, 24x81 mm, with a 43 mm long slanted slot for the plane blade. The plate has 8 screws. The wedge and blade rest on the iron plate. The deep side fence (bronze band) is 2 cm.
