Two side handles carved from solid wood, rounded sole, hardwood inlay in front of the mouth. Very old. Wooden wedge. Knot crack at the bottom.

Iron: 44 mm, hand-forged, steel cutting edge forged on. (This method was only common until the end of the 19th century) Cutting angle: 45°

Condition: Fairly good considering its age.
