Upper side, 14 mm chamfered at a 1 mm bevel. Two 14 mm wide grooves at a 55° angle for the iron slots, running from the depth to the front. Front, 22 mm long with a 5 mm screw holding the iron clamp. Right bolt 7x12/6 mm, 17 mm high with a 31 mm long 5 mm screw. Slightly in front and behind the center, a lug 20/15x20/17 mm with a 9 mm hole and a 5x8 mm slot. Behind, a 4 mm thread hole for the clamping screw. Both lugs are made from cast iron. The back has a 2 mm recess for the trademark. The back has four curves. The front side is 5 mm high, runs to the iron's width on the side, with a thread hole and two 3 mm holes for the guide pins of the chipbreaker. This is 14/18 mm long, 75 mm wide, with a PATENT mark in the cast iron, and is attached with a 19 mm long 4.5 mm screw with a countersunk head. The handle is 52x25 mm, rounded at the top with a brand mark, and has 14 mm cast lugs at the bottom and a 15 mm long 9 mm pin with a 5 mm thread on the side, held in place with a 30 mm long screw. This is held by the middle cast lug with a 4 mm clamping screw, which has a 20 mm long knurled cylindrical head. The irons are adjusted with a 16 mm long nut and locking screw Ø 12 mm, and clamped with a 15x40/52 clamp bracket, with a knurled nut Ø 13 mm on the vertical screw at the front. With the chipbreaker removed, the side rabbet plane becomes a bullnose plane. For rabbets up to 1.5 cm depth.
