Carved from solid wood. Rounded arch at the top with ¼-round (⌀ approx. 3 cm).
Top and bottom flush into the shaft (3.5×4 cm), projecting slightly and rounded on both sides.
Lightly carved triple spiral pattern on top.

Iron holder: 8 mm screw, thread neither WW nor DIN standard,
with square sheet metal plate (29×18×5 mm), hole 17×10 mm.
Large hand-forged wing nut (handmade), one wing filed flat.
In between: 4 mm thick sheet (48×20 mm), embedded in wood.

Above the wooden body, the iron is fitted; bottom shaped into the wood.

Bottom end bent 21 mm

Condition: Very good for its age.
