Crude construction from a wooden block (5.3×5.3×8 cm).

Front section recessed 8 mm deep over the full height,
top 2.5 cm, bottom 2.6 cm long, and 1.7/0.6 cm wide for the plane iron.

Left side: Starting 0.9 cm from the top, a groove (2.2×2.2 cm) runs the full length for the U-shaped clamping iron.

Inside: Hole (2.2×2.1 cm), depth 3 to 3.5 cm.
Rear: In the 8 mm thick wall, a borehole (⌀ 1.1 cm).

The U-shaped clamping iron: 22 mm high, lengths 50 and 53 mm, widths 36 and 41 mm.
Slot: 28×28 mm, threaded on the wider part.

Clamping screw: 74 mm long, 9.5 mm wide,
WW thread 55° 16G 3/8", with large oval flat head.

Iron: 6 mm, hooked grind     Shaft: 17×6 mm
