Scrub Plane
Flat sole, protruding at the front with a glued-in reinforcement piece (4.9 cm wide, 5.1 cm long, tapering to a point). At the front is a large, curved horn made of softwood, 10 cm high, measuring 3.4×3.2 cm at the base and about 2 cm at the top, fastened from the front with a countersunk screw.
The shaving slot is formed by two 0.25 cm diameter holes, cut out to 3.2×1.6×3.3 cm. A wooden wedge is present. Beneath the iron is a 3×6.4 cm softwood knob integrated into the plane body, held by a 75 mm long, 8 mm round-head iron screw with a washer. A 7 mm square nut is secured inside with brown filler. Both sides have a wavy line incised up to a crack.
