Bullnose Plane – Cornice Plane, Steel Body
Steel body with 5 mm wall thickness. At the front: 8 mm chipbreaker, 41 mm nearly vertical face. After 15 mm from the top, the center opens to two side panels with decorative casting toward the rear. The chip opening is large.
At the center, there’s a 25 mm vertical wall with round retaining slots. Toward the back, the iron bed rises at a 17° angle with a support rib and 7 mm thread. A 50 mm screw and 19 mm long nut (with 4 mm groove) and a 9/15/19 mm adjusting ring regulate iron depth.
The cap is 25 mm straight at the front (19 mm wide), then curves. Two 7 mm lugs on the side. Rear handle is 55 mm long with a 5 mm threaded base. Clamping screw is 27 mm long, with a 5 mm thread, 20 mm nut, and 8 mm lug.
