Grooving Plane with Wood Screws – Rustic Homemade

Heavily beveled all around. Right-handed. Left side is 5 cm tall, flat and vertical with a 1.3 cm step up to the iron. Right side is rounded at 1.8 cm from the top, with a 1 cm recess. Below is a flat 4.4 cm section with open iron and chip opening, secured by a wooden wedge on top.

Two 2 cm threads for outer wood screws. Side fence is 27.2 × 3.1/3.7 × 7.5 cm, flat on the inside up to 8 cm, with a step for a 2.6 cm high stop. Outer section has a 6 cm cornice rounding.

Two 2.5 cm holes outside, with a 2.1 cm thread for the clamp screw between them. Wooden adjustment screw is 20 cm long, with an 8.5 cm long head, roughly rounded.

Tapers: 2.5/2.1 cm pins and 9 cm thread, outside diameter 2.1 cm, inside 1.6 cm with 6.2 mm pitch. Clamp screw is 16 cm long; handle is 7.5 cm, thread matches screws. Depth stop fixed at 1.3 cm; side fence adjustable 0 to 6 cm.
