Nuthole Plane with Wooden Rods

Edges slightly rounded with decorative lines. Chip opening on top, wooden wedge. Tongue two-part 3 mm. Iron 245 × 26 mm, 9 mm embedded in wood, fixed with 5 nails.

Mouth 17 mm. Front and rear each with two 1.7 × 1.3 cm recesses for wooden rods. To clamp, an 8 mm screw approx. 48 mm long with handcrafted soldered 2 mm sheet metal 17 × 27 mm. Two nuts embedded in wood on top.

In front of screws, small 1 mm iron plates fitted to protect rods. Inside a 1.3 cm wide wooden sole protrudes with two 8 mm long, 3 mm nail points.

Carpenter can attach a custom-cut wooden strip here to reach a depth stop from 1.2 to 0 cm. Side fence 24.5 × 2.1/3.5 × 8.5 cm, beveled 2 cm on the outside bottom, inside 1.3 cm removed at the bottom, adjustable from 9.5 to 0 cm.

Two 1.6 × 1.4 cm, 18 cm long square rods fastened with 0.5 cm wooden nails in the fence.

Iron: 3 mm wide, shaft 15 mm. Cutting angle: approx. 41°.
