Bodymaker’s Profile Plane

Curved profile plane with radius approx. 25 cm; cross radius approx. 50 cm. Angular form, upper surface slightly curved with wooden wedge. Front tip rounded; rear rounded with 3 mm diameter and 0.7 cm bore. Rounded downward over a length of 4.3 cm. Sole fitted with a double-curved iron angle plate 42 × 16 × 16/25 mm, fixed by four screws. Both sides flat; shaving slot on the left side.

Iron: 13 mm, slightly skewed; cutting angle ∠ 55°.
