Milled from solid stock. Upper rounded triangular arch running into the main beam. Edges inside and outside serrated 0.2 cm. Outside with a half-round Ø 0.7 cm, inside transitioning into quarter-rounds ending in two recessed rectangular fields approx. 3×3.5 cm, 0.6 cm deep. Exterior fully hollowed between two steps.
Iron holder: 8 mm screw, WW thread 55° 18G 5/16", with oval-slotted head 22×16 mm, 11 mm wide, hole 14×10 mm. Bronze wedge piece width at top 27.5 mm, bottom 26.5 mm, height 27.5 mm. Front cut out vertically at right angle to 3 mm depth.
In the middle a square mortice 12×11 mm, fitted at the front to the oval screw head, at the back to a conical dovetail and glued into the wood. Underlay plate 7 mm thick, Ø 18.5 mm, and wing screw — all bronze.
Iron: 7 mm, height 70 mm, shaft 7×7 mm with side adjustment notches, bottom 20 mm angled.
Condition: Very good, hardly used.
Seen little use.
