Truffle plane. Wooden board 1.3 cm thick, sides curved. Handle with rounded shape. Slot in the board 8 cm long, 1.5 cm wide at the top and 2.6 cm at the bottom, in which the blade is held at the back by two lateral lugs, pivoting and retained with small tabs. In the middle at the top of the blade a curved bronze rod, about 60 mm long, is riveted on. At the rear this rod has a 5 mm slot, which lies between two nuts on an upright 19 mm long 5 mm thread. The nuts regulate the cutting thickness.
