Groove Plane with Wooden Screws.
Shaft slightly rounded on top with double line decoration. Chip hole on the right. Wooden wedge. Tongue 4 mm iron, double-sided 2 cm, inserted into the slot and fastened with four screws. Adjustable depth stop on iron. Base 162x13 mm. Vertical sliding plate 80x58x3 mm, wavy on top. Sliding slot 20 mm with single-sided toothing. Inside is a round disc with three teeth on the square of the double screw on the right, held by a one-sided inserted nut with a mother-of-pearl top plate 62x24x2 mm. This cover plate is angled 3 mm at the front and back and guides the sliding plate and the cogwheel. The apparently old screw with an unknown double thread, 7 and 4 mm Ø, and a rotating wing head drives the cogwheel to raise and lower the depth stop. A nut with very long wings fixes the set height in the right plane side, inserted into a trapezoidal threaded plate 16x17 mm. The sliding plate runs at the top through a slotted bronze band, 105x15 mm. Depth stop 1 to 1.2 cm. Side stop L-wood 25.5x8.7x2.3 cm, decorated above with shaft and between rounded edges. The stop is reinforced at the bottom with an iron piece 255x23x3 mm, which is protected by being fastened with four screws. In the plane shaft are two wooden screws with turned heads Ø 2.1/3 cm and fixed length 5.6 cm. Two round nuts are used for distance adjustment. They are closed, half recessed into the shaft and side stop. This has two drill holes Ø 1.9 cm and is locked at the set distance with a beautifully turned nut Ø 3/3.9 cm, 4.2 cm long. Width 1 to 8 cm. Threads Ø outside 1.9 cm, inside 1.7 cm with thread pitch 3.2 mm. Side stop width is 8 cm.
