Grooving Plane with Wood Screws

Top edges rounded with double line decoration. Plane wooden strip 4.4 x 5.9 cm on the right with a cutout of 2.4 x 3.2 cm at the bottom. On the lower wood part, a two-part iron tongue 223 x 3.5 x 3 mm is attached with 6 screws. Side iron holding screw head Ø 22 mm. To the left, 13.5 cm apart, is a 17.5 cm long wood screw with a 1.3 cm ball end embedded in the wooden body down to the iron tongue. Thread length is 15 cm, Ø outside 2.2 cm, inside 1.8 cm, with a 4 mm thread pitch.

Side Fence: Wood strip 3.9 x 9.3 cm, hollowed inside and with 2.2 cm Ø slots for the 1.3 cm wide adjusting nuts, Ø 3.2 cm. The base is 3.9 cm wide up to 3.3 cm high and is hollowed at the bottom as a bracket, and also hollowed at the top for the depth adjuster by 12.4 cm. The 4.2 cm long clamp nuts Ø 3.3 are 4.6 cm long, beautifully turned. The threads and nuts are in first-class condition.

Depth Adjuster: 4 cm grooved blade 95 mm long, 29 mm wide, on a 122 x 1.6 x 4 mm foot welded in place. Secured sideways by the groove with a 60 mm long 7.5 mm screw, metric thread 60° DIN 13/14, 1.25, held by bronze wing nut.
