Grooving Plane with Wood Screws
Wedge wood. Saw grip from solid wood, hole 7 x 3.5 cm. Iron tongue in two parts 218 x 48 x 3 mm, with bronze band 218 x 48 x 2 mm and 6 screws. Depth stop 202 x 19 x 3 mm with two 40 mm long bronze sleeves soldered on, with internal thread Ø 9 mm. Two four-wing screws with retention under the screwed metal plates with slots. Depth adjustment from 0 to 1.3 cm. Side fence wood 21.7 x 2.1/4.2 x 8.5 cm with a 0.4 cm wood strip nailed onto the fence. The top edges are rounded. Two holes 2 cm apart inside a nut recess for the 16 cm long wood screws Ø outside 1.9 cm, inside 1.4 cm with a thread pitch of 4.4 mm. Adjusting nut Ø 3.6 cm, width 1.1 cm. Block nut Ø 3.3/4.4 cm, length 4.4 cm, beautifully turned.
