Cooper’s Plane – Circular Scrub Plane.
Flat on top with an open mouth. The front, rear, and right-hand sides are flat. The left-hand side carries the rod holder, projecting 3 cm at the centre of the plane body and rounded to a 5 × 3 cm square. Hole 3 × 1.1 cm. A 3.5 cm long vertical wooden peg, 0.7 cm in diameter, loosely retains the radius rod. Entirely worked from the solid. The rod is 50 cm long and, with 26 holes at 0.7 cm spacing, provides 26 different radii ranging approximately from 15 to 50 cm.
