Jointer plane. Two 2.4x2 cm wooden strips with rebates, between two cross strips 2.5x1 cm with 2.4x0.5 cm tenons at both ends for reinforcement. Above this, front and back, there is a 1 cm thick board, on the right 26, on the left 16 cm long, with a 0.5 cm chamfer pushed into the groove. Between them also a 60° angled 3-blade cutter about 230 mm long, 34 mm wide and 0-3 mm thick, fitted into the lateral strips one behind the other such that it produces a cut of about 1 mm. Above are two identical groove strips like those below, each with 4 screws to hold the iron and guide the sliding frame. The sliding box is conical inside at the bottom, beveled on the outside at the top sides. Edges simply dovetailed below along both sides with a 0.5 cm groove in the upper strips running continuously.

Sauerkraut plane.

These are constructed exactly like the turnip planes but are about 1/3 larger.
