Grooving Plane with Wood Screws

Closed wooden handle with a 7 × 3 cm hole. Wooden wedge. Iron tongue in two parts, 265 × 50 × 3 mm. Bronze band 247 × 18 × 3 mm with six screws, recessed 0.5 cm in wooden groove.

Depth stop 108 × 20 mm. Iron with bronze block 25 × 9 mm with internal thread. Screw with bronze oval head and 5 × 15 mm bronze holding plate with two screws.

Left side blocks iron screw in bronze sliding slot. Depth stop adjustable to 3 cm. Side fence wood 24/26.8 × 6.5 × 1.9/4.5 cm. Left side has rounded flat surface, 2.5 cm straight bottom with groove, hollow rounding, two edges, and quarter rounding. The entire profile is drawn forward to the edge.

Beautiful 2.1 cm wide, turned blocks with round heads are part of the wood screws, screwed to the side fence and reinforced with rhomboid bronze inlays on top.

Wood screw length with block: 27 cm, outer diameter 2.1 cm, inner diameter 1.6 cm, thread pitch 3.7 mm. Left adjustment screws are 4.3 cm wide, 1.2 cm long. Two 2.3 cm holes run through the plane. Right side has two turned nuts Ø 3.1/3.9 cm, 5.4 cm long for locking. Side fence adjustable up to 10 cm.
