Body has rounded edges.
Left upper recess: 1.1×3.1 cm
Right lower recess: 0.7×1.6 cm
Both extend the full length.

Right upper section has a glued-on, molded, decorative board (24.9×3.8×0.8 cm),
covering the iron and wooden wedge slot.

The two-part plane body (238×30×3 mm) is fastened to the iron with 5 screws.
A 13 mm diameter screw head secures the iron laterally.

The fixed depth stop is reinforced with a metal strip (239×15×2 mm).

The side fence (wood, 24.9×3.4×1.5 cm) is attached with two slotted rails (7 mm adjustable),
and reinforced on the fence side with a metal strip (245×17×1.5 mm).

Both metal strips are secured with 5 screws each.
The depth stop adjusts to 11 mm.
The side fence is adjustable between 8 and 15 mm.

There are also three wooden strips (0.7–1 cm thick) with wide, open-mouthed ends and nail holes on the left side.
