Panel Plane

Edges slightly chamfered, with line decoration. On the left at the top, it is 2.5 cm wide and 0.6 cm narrower. The saw-style handle is 2.3 cm wide. In the sole, there is a 22×4 mm horn reinforcement.

A scoring cutter is mounted on the right, secured by a slotted screw and a bronze nut on the left, with a wooden wedge. The depth adjuster iron is arched and has three 45° sliding slots, attached with flat-head screws and a bronze wing nut for clamping. The maximum cutting depth is about 1.8 cm.

At the bottom left, a 24 mm-wide side fence is attached with slots for flat-head screws. The plane iron is 40 mm wide, side-ground at a 57° skew, yielding a cutting angle of roughly 48°. A separate 10×3 mm scoring cutter is set at about 90°.
