Fine plane similar to the Stanley Bailey No. 4.
Front knob is wooden, 6.8 cm high. Iron sole is 4 mm thick, side walls 3 mm. Mouth opening: 5×35 mm. The frog (iron bed) is attached with two screws and has an adjustment screw.

The adjustment knob is bronze, Ø 32 mm, threaded onto a steel bolt with a nut at the rear. A 28 mm long screw in the frog has a left-hand thread, lowering the blade (via a slot) and engaging the cap iron’s back.

This double iron is the older style (“alt”) with an eccentric lever on the lever cap. Screw, lever cap, and wedge are all connected by the eccentric lever. The rear handle is wooden and about 105 mm tall, fastened by a 6 mm screw from below.
