Window Plane for Old Blind Frames
Handcrafted. The top front has a 3 cm rounding, with a shaving slot and wooden wedge. A 5 cm long, 0.8 cm thick wooden peg serves as the wedge abutment, passing through the side walls. At the rear, 3.5 cm is cut away with a rounded back. Edges are rounded and partially chamfered.
Planes with wooden wedge abutments are quite rare.
Iron: 35 mm, hand-forged, cutting angle ~44°
