The plane body is made of cast bronze with wall thicknesses of 5 mm. It features an 8 mm front chipbreaker and a 3 mm mouth. The rounded step extends over the chip opening up to a locking recess. At the rear, a 20° sloped bed acts as the iron support, with a 32 mm vertical back wall.
The cap iron is 105 mm long, 16 mm wide at the front, and 12 mm flat at the rear. Between the double arches sits a 28 mm long, 6 mm iron bolt. The rear arch doubles as a handle and has a 6 mm thread at the bottom, held by a 20 mm long screw with a knurled Ø 11 mm head and a 7 mm cap.
On the left side is a small triangular recess (1 mm deep) containing the maker's mark in the casting.
Iron: 29 mm wide, shaft 13/17 mm. Bevel: approx. 13° Cutting angle: 20° bed + 13° bevel = approx. 33°
