Edge-Shaping Plane

The wooden body measures about 14.6 × 3.5 × 4.6 cm, with slightly chamfered edges. On top, there is a trapezoid-shaped depth adjuster (2.2 cm wide), and behind it a chip ejection opening (1.3 cm wide, plus a 1.3 × 1.9 cm recess). Behind that are the wooden wedge and iron. A trapezoid slot (2.3 × 4.6 cm) extends through the body.

The sole has a 90° angle at the tip, with a 2 cm side length. On the left front, a 42 × 11 mm bronze plate (with a 6 × 18 mm slot) holds a bronze screw for locking the trapezoid depth adjuster, using a 26 mm-long, 5 mm wood screw (also bronze).

Iron: 23 mm wide, beveled on the bottom at about 60°.
Condition: Very attractive, barely used.
