Smoothing Plane – Straight Wooden Form

Straight wooden body with ends curved downward about 0.7 cm. Front center features a bronze chipbreaker, 120 mm long, 14–17 mm deep, 4 mm thick, curved at the front as a chipbreaker. This part is fixed with two bronze screws.

The wood behind is 7.5 cm wide, 0.9 cm deep, with two 2.2 cm long, 1 mm saw cuts running outward along the base. Two screws on 14 × 16 mm plates clamp the blade bolts, both chrome-plated.

Mouth opening 6.5 × 0.3 cm.

Iron: 79 mm long, cutting edge 65 mm with two 29 mm long conical 4 mm bolts. Bevel: 0°.
