Rabbet Plane
Box has a through hole for the sliding box measuring 11.3 × 4.4 cm at the top. Edges rounded, beveled to half the depth on the sides.
Sole between side walls measures 3.2 cm at front and 3.7 cm at rear, forming a right angle with a pointed tip in the sole center. Sliding box on each side has 2.5 mm bronze plates 113 × 76 mm, screwed with two wooden inserts on the side.
Wooden insert front top inside is beveled at chip opening and below 3 cm beveled as wedge stop.
Rear has a large insert, 1.2 cm top, 9 cm bottom, flat to 9.8 cm long iron stop. Mouth measures 0.7 × 3.9 cm.
Right wall of the plane box has a bronze plate 13 × 44 mm with 6 × 28 mm slot, screwed on. An 18 mm long 5 mm round head screw sits in a 5 mm thread in the bronze plate and fixes the height adjustment.
Thread WW 55° 26 G.
One edge can plane widths up to 3.9 cm. The lower part of the wooden wedge is removed 1 cm deep and 3 cm wide.
