Grooving Plane with Wood Screws

Top rounded, chip opening on top. Wooden wedge, iron tongue 0.7 cm, wood on shaft. Adjustable wooden depth stop 26 × 1/2.1 × 5.1 cm with two slots 2 × 4 cm. Depth stop adjustable from 0 to 15 cm without fence board 2 cm.

Left wooden fence 26 × 1/3.4 × 7.5 cm with two holes Ø 2.1 cm. Wood screws 12 cm long, Ø 2 cm outside, 1.5 cm inside, thread pitch 5 mm. Screws pass sideways through plane body, protruding 6 cm left and 3 cm right.

Left fence has two adjustment nuts Ø 5 cm, width 0.8 cm. Both outside edges have 4 washer nuts 5.5/3.5 × 1 cm to clamp fences.

Height stop adjustable 0.3 to 1.5 cm; fence adjustable 0 to 2 cm.

Plane has two 90° angle holes for wedge and iron on top. Left and right sides can be swapped.

Irons: 7 and 9.5 mm, ground on both ends. Cutting angle: approx. 45°.
